BWA proudly supports over 80 seniors in Tondo, bringing joy and companionship to their community. Each month, we visit their centre, located at the end of a street where the community sorts through discarded materials. Despite the challenging surroundings, the warmth and resilience of the seniors make every visit truly special.

March’s visit featured our much-loved Bingo Day, where seniors play for small but meaningful prizes provided by BWA. This time, we also introduced a new game—captured in the video—which was such a hit that we’ve decided to include more activities alongside bingo in future visits.

Looking ahead, we’re exploring a mini aerobics session with simple stretches and movements to help keep the seniors active and engaged.

Each visit, we are met with open arms and grateful smiles. The small prizes and donations make a significant impact, and we welcome contributions of the following items:

    •    Rice
    •    Dental care products
    •    Soap
    •    Detergent
    •    Flip-flops
    •    Small sachets of tea, coffee, and powdered milk
    •    Carton drinks
    •    Soft treats
    •    Cookies
